Description

The Zünd S3 is a compact, modular digital CNC flatbed cutter designed for high-precision cutting in visual communications, including sign making, wide-format printing, and display production. Available in six sizes with working areas from 830 mm x 1330 mm to 1630 mm x 1800 mm, it features a high-performance direct drive system with maximum speeds of 1414 mm/s (X/Y axes), 500 mm/s (Z-axis), and accelerations up to 14.1 m/s² (X/Y) and 64 m/s² (Z).[1][2][4][5] Position accuracy is ±0.1 mm/m with ±0.03 mm repeatability, and it supports materials up to 25 mm thick, such as vinyl, film, carton, plastics, and corrugated cardboard.[1][4][6] Key capabilities include oscillating tangential knives (EOT with 0.5/1.0 mm stroke), rotary blades (up to 20,000 rpm), creasing tools (CTT1/CTT2), universal router (URT 300W), and drawing tools, enabled by two module slots for simultaneous use.[2][
