The platform offers two license versions: Monitor (free for Zünd Cut Center users) provides real-time cutter overview and OEE display, while Analyzer (fee-based) delivers advanced diagnostics including loss detection, interruption analysis, and optimization opportunities. Users gain visibility into production interruptions, downtime causes, setup times, and material or tool-specific performance patterns. Key capabilities include customizable dashboards displaying production data by shift or time period, loss detection visualization identifying when and why interruptions occur, and interruption statistics filtered by material, processing method, tool, or time of day. The system supports data export in multiple formats (Excel, JSON, XML, CSV) and provides API access for custom analysis.
