Key capabilities include intelligent file preparation through Cut Editor, which accepts virtually any import format and automatically optimizes cutting paths based on material thickness and blade selection. The software includes advanced functions such as automatic bridging, inlay creation, multipass optimization, and dotted line pattern generation. Registration systems with high-resolution cameras ensure precise material placement, eliminating manual positioning requirements. Zünd Cut Center integrates with material-handling systems and includes an extensive material database with pre-configured cutting parameters. The client-server architecture enables scalability across multiple workstations, while production time estimation and batch processing functions maximize efficiency.
