PALRAM SUNTOP® Corrugated Foam Polycarbonate Sheet is a lightweight, foamed polycarbonate panel designed for roofing and siding applications such as pergolas, awnings, sheds, gazebos, and greenhouses.[1][3][5] Made from low-density foamed polycarbonate, it offers high rigidity, up to 20 times the impact resistance of fiberglass, and blocks 100% of UV rays while providing opaque 100% shade in colors like Castle Gray, Sedona Brick, and Rain Forest Green.[1][2][3] Key features include excellent thermal insulation with conductivity of 0.76 Btu-in./hr-ft²-ºF, long-term weather resistance across -58°F to 212°F, and cold-bendability for curved installations.[1][6][8] Available in profiles like Iron/Sinus (thickness 0.063-0.080 in., width 26-42 in., lengths 5-20 ft) and standard sizes such as 26 in. x 8 ft or 12 ft.[1][3][5] It requires corrugated closure strips and predrilled EPDM-washered fasteners for installation.[2][4]
