PALRAM SUNSKY® Corrugated Polycarbonate Sheet is a lightweight, impact-resistant roofing panel made from durable polycarbonate material, weighing half that of glass and offering up to 20 times greater impact resistance than traditional fiberglass corrugated panels (FRP).[1][2][4] Key features include high light transmission (up to 90% in clear variants), low yellowing index, 99.9% UV protection, hail and wind uplift resistance (meets UL 580 Class 90), self-extinguishing properties, and cold bendability with a minimum radius of 200 times sheet thickness.[1][2][3][5] Available in profiles like SUNSKY 9 (38-inch width, 9-inch corrugations) and SUNSKY 12, with thicknesses from 0.8 mm (0.032 inch), lengths up to 24 feet, and colors such as clear, grey, bronze, opal white, and solar control tints.[4][6][7][8] Applications include skylights, rooflights, sidelights for sheds, carports, patios, warehouses, pole barns, and architectural roofing.[2][3][4]
