Description

PALRAM SUNPAL® Multiwall Polycarbonate Architectural System is a standing-seam glazing system featuring multiwall polycarbonate panels in thicknesses of 0.313″, 0.406″, 0.703″, and 0.78″ (8, 10, 18, and 20 mm).[1][2] These lightweight, leak-proof panels provide high thermal insulation (U-values as low as 0.43 BTU/hr·ft²·°F), structural strength to withstand high loads, and accommodation for thermal expansion and contraction.[1][3] Key features include double-sided UV protection, Miami-Dade Product Control approval, and suitability for curved designs with minimum cold bending radii up to 120″ (3.0 m).[1][3] Available in colors such as clear, blue, bronze, and grey, the panels join via polycarbonate or aluminum joiners sealed with end-caps for easy installation.[1][2] Applications encompass skylights, facades, flat or curved roofs, architectural roofing, cladding, covered walkways, sports facilities, and parking structures in commercial, industrial, and residential settings.[1][2][3][6]
