Description

PALRAM SUNLITE® Multiwall Polycarbonate Sheet is a rigid, cellular-structured polycarbonate panel featuring at least two walls with connective ribbing for superior thermal insulation and high light transmission.[1][3] Key features include high impact resistance, lighter weight than solid polycarbonate or glass, 100% UV protection (on one or both sides in UV2 variant), and excellent structural rigidity.[1][2][3] Available in structures such as Twin Wall (4-10mm), Triple Wall (8-16mm), X-Lite (10-35mm), and others, with thicknesses from 4mm, widths up to 2100mm, and light transmission varying by type (e.g., up to 80% in clear).[1][2][3] Physical properties include density of 1.2 g/cm³, tensile strength of 62 MPa, and service temperature from -50°C to +100°C long-term.[2] Applications encompass warehouse sidelights, office partitions, pool enclosures, greenhouses, signage, displays, roofing, and glazing.[1][3][5]
