Description

PALRAM PALSUN® CSFlat Polycarbonate Coil Stock is a flat solid polycarbonate sheet supplied in coil form for high-yield cutting to custom lengths.[1][3][5] It offers superior impact strength compared to acrylic and copolymer substrates, with high clarity, up to 90% light transmission, UV protection, and resistance to harsh weather and temperatures ranging from -40°C to 120°C.[1][2] Available standard in clear and SG White (high diffusion for signage), with custom colors possible, it features thicknesses from 0.7mm to 6mm (0.03" to 0.236") and widths up to 2642mm (104" untrimmed).[1][2][3] Fabrication-friendly, it supports cold bending, machining, thermoforming, and excellent ink adhesion for digital printing.[1][3] Key applications include exterior flat and thermoformed sign faces, channel letters, safety glazing, machine guards, and illuminated displays.[1][2][5]
