Description

PALRAM PALGARD™AR Polycarbonate Sheet is a flat, solid polycarbonate sheet with an advanced abrasion-resistant coating on one or both sides, offering high impact resistance, UV protection, and virtually unbreakable durability.[1][2] It provides superior resistance to scratches, chemicals, vandalism, and graffiti, while maintaining optical clarity with up to 90% light transmission and excellent acoustical insulation.[1][2][3] Made from polycarbonate with a density of 1.2 g/cm³, it features tensile strength of 60 MPa, elongation at break of 90%, and service temperature from -50 to +100°C.[1] Available in clear, bronze, or gray, standard sizes include 48 x 96 in. (1220 x 2440 mm), 60 x 96 in. (1524 x 2440 mm), and 72 x 96 in. (1830 x 2440 mm), with thicknesses from 0.060 to 0.50 in.
