Description

PALRAM PALCLEAR® Transparent PVC Sheets are clear PVC flat sheets offering water-like clarity, high light transmission (up to 85% for 3mm clear sheets), and excellent ink adhesion for digital and screen printing.[1][2][3] Key features include UL94 V-0 fire rating for self-extinguishing properties, superior chemical, bacteria, and mold resistance, and high impact strength, outperforming acrylic in some tests.[2][3][5] Made from recyclable PVC with density of 1.4 g/cm³ and low water absorption (0.03%), they support thermoforming, vacuum forming, cold/hot bending, routing, and fabrication.[1][2][6] Variants include Water-Clear (standard), Bluish, UV-protected, High Impact (HI), Embossed, Matte, Diffuser, and industrial IND grades.[2][3][8] Available in thicknesses from 1-12mm (0.040"-0.472") and standard size 48.5" x 96.5", for indoor sign/graphics, displays, light boxes, retail, food service, manufacturing barriers, and protective partitions.[1][2][5][6] Service temperatur
