Description

PALRAM PALCLAD® ProFamily consists of solid PVC panels designed as an alternative to fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) for interior wall and ceiling cladding. Made from 100% PVC, these lightweight, fiberglass-free panels feature thicknesses of 1.5mm, 2.0mm, or 2.5mm, in sizes like 4’ x 8’ or 4’ x 10’, with smooth, matte, or textured finishes such as Cracked Ice in bright white.[1][2][3][5] They offer Class A fire rating, self-extinguishing properties, high impact and scratch resistance, and resistance to chemicals, water, moisture, mold, mildew, and bacteria; some variants like PALCLAD Pro HYG include antimicrobial silver-ion technology.[1][2][3] Panels are easy to thermoform, bend, cut, and install via glue or mechanical fastening on surfaces like drywall, concrete, wood, or metal, with connecting profiles available.[1][2][3] Applications include public restrooms, commercial kitchens, hospitals, high-traffic areas, car washes, and food processing facilities.[2][3][4]
