PALRAM PALBOARD® Family consists of co-extruded multilayer PVC sheets that combine ultra-smooth solid PVC outer surfaces with a lightweight recycled foam PVC core, available in black or white.[1][2][5] Variants include PALBOARD 2D, a two-layer white sheet with black backing for flat printing and signage; PALBOARD 3D, a three-layer white/black/white or all-white sheet for 3D structures; and PALBOARD Terra, a carbon-negative PVC composite using recycled PVC and UBQ™ material from upcycled waste.[1][5][8] Key features encompass high structural strength, chemical and fire resistance, easy fabrication via CNC routing, V-grooving, bending, and thermoforming, superior ink adhesion, and EverClean™ protective film on select models.[2][3][5] Sheets offer phthalate-free, REACH/RoHS compliance, RoHS/UL ratings, and a 10-year delamination warranty.[3][5] Applications cover POP/3D retail displays, store fixtures, exhibits, kiosks, signage, tradeshow booths, and digital/screen printing.[1][3][8]
