DRYTAC Trimount Permanent Dry Mounting Tissue is a premium-quality, multi-purpose 3.0 mil (75 micron) breathable mounting tissue featuring a pH-neutral, heat-activated solvent acrylic adhesive coated on both sides. This off-white porous paper carrier, with 0.5 mil adhesive layers (0.5:2.6:0.5 ratio), activates at temperatures as low as 185°F (85°C) up to 210°F (99°C), forming a permanent bond without initial tack or release paper. Ideal for the signage, printing, and visual communications industries, Trimount excels in bonding resin-coated photographs, posters, large-format solvent inkjet prints, digital graphics, technical drawings, and smooth papers to substrates like foam board, 50-80 pt card stock, and Masonite. It suits all types of dry mounting presses, including mechanical and vacuum models, with recommended dwell times of 60 seconds to 10 minutes depending on size and substrate. Key features include excellent long-term stability under normal conditions (service temperature -4°F to 203°F/-20°C to 95°C), compatibility with smooth surfaces, and superior performance equaling or surpassing competitors.
