Description

DRYTAC Protac Scribe is a pressure-sensitive, gloss-finish overlaminating film made from biaxially-oriented polypropylene (PP), designed for dry-erase write-on/wipe-off applications.[1][2][3] It features a 1.6 mil (40µ) clear PP base film coated with a 1 mil (25µ) aqueous acrylic adhesive and a siliconized one-side PE-coated kraft release liner.[1] The film is FDA-approved, phthalate-free, and suitable for heat-sensitive outputs and high ink coverage prints on photo gloss paper.[1][2][3] Key applications include reusable presentation boards, schedules, yearly planners, maps, and courtroom displays.[1] It applies at room temperature up to 120°F (49°C) with speeds of 1-7 feet per minute, achieving maximum bond in 24 hours, and withstands service temperatures from -13°F to 302°F (-25°C to 150°C).[1]
