DRYTAC Facemount is a premium, optically clear pressure-sensitive mounting adhesive designed for high-end visual communications, signage, and printing applications. This 1 mil (25µ) clear PET film features a permanent solvent acrylic adhesive layer of 0.9 mil (23µ) on both sides, protected by siliconized clear polyester release liners, ensuring exceptional optical clarity and UV stability for graphic prints. Key specifications include roll widths from 25 to 72 inches and lengths of 150 feet on 3-inch cores, with a total thickness of 2 mil (1 mil film + 1 mil adhesive). It supports application speeds of 1 to 4 feet per minute at temperatures up to 120°F (49°C), delivering a peel adhesion of 12.8 N/25mm on glass after 24 hours, and offering 2-year outdoor durability from -40°F to 212°F (-40°C to 100°C).
