DRYTAC Dynamic Plus Pressure Sensitive Overlaminating Films are premium PVC-based laminates featuring a pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive, available in gloss, lustre, matte, and textured sand finishes. Constructed from monomeric soft calendared PVC film with a thickness of 3.2 mil (80µ) and a 1 mil (25µ) adhesive layer, they maintain a 3.2:1 film-to-adhesive ratio for optimal durability and bonding. These films incorporate UV stabilizers to prevent degradation and protect underlying images from ultraviolet damage, offering up to 2-3 years of indoor/outdoor exposure depending on the variant. Service temperature ranges from -4°F to 203°F (-20°C to 95°C), with a recommended shelf life of 1 year under 59°F to 72°F (15°C to 22°C) and 50-55% relative humidity. The release liner is dual-sided: PE-coated on one side and siliconized Kraft on the other. Ideal for signage, printing, and visual communications applications, they enhance photographic prints, POP displays, promotional graphics, trade show banners, event signage, stickers, and architectural renderings by reducing glare, preserving contrast and sharpness. Compatible with 3-inch core roller laminators at room temperature to 104°F (40°C) and speeds of 1-8 ft per minute; press application not recommended. Available in widths like 54", 61" x 150' or 164' rolls for versatile B2B production needs.
