Description

CONTRA VISION® Dual Color (Light Box Film) is a black perforated vinyl film designed for dual-color backlit signage, enabling signs to appear black during the day and reveal the underlying translucent sign face color when illuminated at night. It features an 80/20 perforation ratio (20% transparency), providing high nighttime light output while obscuring the sign face by day.[1][2][3] The premium Performance Black variant (BBPAG20) is a 150-micron (approximately 5.9 mil) black semi-matt polymeric calendered PVC film with up to 7 years durability; the Cast Black version offers up to 3 years.[2][3][4] Available in 1370mm (54-inch) wide rolls, it applies to the exterior of built-up channel letters, illuminated displays, and large-scale external signage. Compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, UV, and latex printing, it uses removable pressure-sensitive adhesive for flat surfaces like glass or acrylic.[2][3][4]
