Arlon Series 5400 is an 80-micron intermediate calendered vinyl film with a clear permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive, designed to replicate the elegant etched glass effect on various glass surfaces. Available in silver and sparkle finishes, this translucent satin polymeric material offers a cost-effective solution for enhancing visual appeal while providing privacy on windows, doors, and partitions. Key features include excellent cutting and weeding properties, making it ideal for creating intricate designs, lettering, and complex graphics in signage and visual communications applications. It performs reliably indoors with up to 5 years durability and outdoors for up to 2 years, suitable for both interior and exterior use on clean, dry glass substrates at application temperatures from 10°C to 32°C. Physical specifications highlight a low gloss surface finish of 15-20 units, tensile strength of at least 2.14 kg/cm, elongation over 150%, and strong adhesion of 0.413 kg/cm after 15 minutes.
