ARLON Series 3510 Economy Calendered Overlaminate The ARLON Series 3510 is a 3.2-mil (80 micron) calendered printable film featuring a clear, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive designed to protect printed images on promotional and signage applications. This economy-grade overlaminate is manufactured with a monomeric facestock and available in both gloss (70-90 gloss units) and matte (1.5-10 gloss units) finishes. The product delivers excellent printability across Eco-Solvent, Solvent, and Latex print systems, making it compatible with most digital printing workflows. It features a polycoated kraft release liner that provides superior lay-flat properties during application. The film exhibits strong tensile strength of 15 lb/in and elongation of 150-250%, ensuring durability during handling and installation. Series 3510 is rated for three years of outdoor durability and operates effectively within a 50-90°F application temperature range. The service temperature range extends from -20°F to 150°F, accommodating diverse environmental conditions.
