Description

Series 3460 is a premium 2.2-mil (55 micron) clear calendered polymeric vinyl overlaminate film featuring a permanent, pressure-sensitive transparent adhesive. Available in gloss (≥75 gloss units) and matte (≤20 gloss units) finishes, it is engineered to protect and extend the life of printed graphics by shielding against weathering, UV exposure, and abrasion. Key features include high conformability on flat and slightly curved surfaces, tensile strength of ≥7 lb/in (≥1.24 kg/cm), elongation ≥170%, and dimensional stability with shrinkage ≤0.61 mm after 48 hours at 70°C. It offers peel adhesion ≥2.0 lb/in (≥0.35 kg/cm), liner release of 70 g/2in, and a one-year shelf life when stored properly. Rated for outdoor durability up to 7 years (unprinted), it supports cold application at 15°C to 27°C and service temperatures from -29°C to 65°C. Ideal for visual communications applications such as vehicle wraps, intermediate signage, kiosks, POP displays, and protective lamination over printed vinyl like DPF 4650GLX.
