ARLON Series 3350

Description

Arlon Series 3350 is a premium 2-mil (50 micron) PVDF film featuring a clear, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive and satin finish with 40 to 60 gloss units. Designed as an anti-graffiti overlaminate, it protects and prolongs the life of printed images, offering up to 10 years of outdoor durability on vertical exposures and extending print color fastness by up to 2 years beyond ink manufacturer warranties when applied correctly. Key specifications include tensile strength of 1.8 kg/cm, elongation of at least 50%, peel adhesion of 0.60 kg/cm minimum, and liner release of 10 g/cm. It performs reliably in service temperatures from -40°C to 107°C, with optimal application between 16°C and 32°C on clean, dry substrates. Dimensional stability is exceptional at 0.12 mm after 48 hours at 70°C, supported by UV inhibitors for superior weathering resistance. Shelf life is 2 years from factory shipment when stored at 70°F (21°C) and 50% relative humidity. Ideal for visual communications and signage applications, Series 3350 excels in long-term signage, kiosks, POP displays, safety signs, nameplates, and fleet markings on flat vehicle surfaces including farm, construction, automotive, railway, bus, boat, and recreational equipment. It serves as a protective overlaminate for most DPF and screenprint films, resisting graffiti and vandalism while maintaining graphic clarity. Available in roll widths of 49/54 inches (1.24/1.37 m) and lengths up to 150 feet.
