Arlon Series 3270 is a premium 2-mil (50 micron) cast vinyl overlaminate film designed to protect and extend the life of printed graphics in demanding visual communications applications. Constructed with a clear permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive and clay-coated release liner, it offers superior conformability for installation over deep channels, rivets, compound curves, and smooth surfaces, ensuring dimensional stability and lasting durability. Key features include a high-gloss finish (also available in matte or satin), UV stabilizers to enhance graphic longevity, and resistance to torch heat for easier application. It provides 7 years of outdoor durability when used unprinted and extends printed graphic life by 2 years. Engineered for compatibility with SLX Cast Wrap, DPF 6100XLP, DPF 6000XRP, and DPF 6000RP films, it is ideal for fleet graphics, vehicle wraps, and signage requiring premium protection from environmental elements.
