ARLON Series 3220 Slip-Resistant Overlaminate The Series 3220 is a premium cast protective overlaminate engineered to extend the lifespan of printed graphics by up to two years, with outdoor durability rated to seven years. This 2-mil (50 micron) cast vinyl film features clear, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive and is available in four finish options: Gloss, Luster, Satin, and Matte. The product is specifically designed for floor graphics applications, with Series 3220 Gloss approved under UL 410 regulation for slip-resistance as an interior floor graphic material. It also meets European Standard Certification EN 14041 for slip-resistance in indoor dry conditions. Key specifications include a service temperature range of -40°F to 175°F, tensile strength of 4.5 lb/in width, and peel adhesion of 4.35 lb/in. The overlaminate incorporates UV inhibitors to protect graphics from weathering and offers excellent dimensional stability with minimal shrinkage. Ideal applications include protective lamination for cast wrap films and various digital print media.
