Description

Arlon Series 3220 is a premium 2-mil (50 micron) cast vinyl overlaminate film featuring a clear, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive and clay-coated liner. Available in Gloss (80-90 gloss units), Luster (55-85 gloss units), Satin (20-30 gloss units), and Matte (1.5-10 gloss units) finishes, it provides versatile customization for printed graphics while delivering consistent conformability and dimensional stability (shrinkage of 5 mil or 0.12 mm after 158°F for 48 hours). Engineered for the signage, printing, and visual communications industries, Series 3220 protects and extends the life of images by up to 2 years when paired with compatible Arlon print media such as SLX Cast Wrap, DPF 6100XLP, DPF 6000XRP, DPF 6000RP White, DPF 6500, and DPF 6700. Ideal for long-term outdoor applications including signage, kiosks, POP displays, fleet graphics, and vehicle wraps, it offers 7-year durability with UV inhibitors for weather resistance. Key performance specs include tensile strength of at least 4.5 lb/in (0.8 kg/cm) width, elongation of 150%, peel adhesion of 4.35 lb/in (0.78 kg/cm), and service temperature range from -40°F to 175°F (-40°C to 79°C). Apply cold on clean images between 40°F and 100°F (4.4°C to 38°C); shelf life is 2 years under ideal storage conditions. This overlaminate ensures vibrant, long-lasting graphics with easy installation and clean removal, not intended for optically clear window applications.
