Description

Arlon Series 3200 is a premium optically clear cast overlaminate constructed from a 2-mil (50 micron) cast vinyl film with a permanent, optically clear pressure-sensitive adhesive and polyester release liner. This high-gloss product, featuring a crystal-clear surface finish of ≥90 gloss units at 60° reflection, delivers exceptional optical clarity and protection for printed graphics in visual communications, signage, and window applications. Key specifications include tensile strength of ≥4.5 lb/in (≥0.8 kg/cm), elongation ≥150%, peel adhesion of 3.5 lbs/in (0.625 kg/cm), and dimensional stability with shrinkage ≤5-mil (0.13 mm) after 158°F (70°C) for 48 hours. It applies easily to clean, dry flat substrates at 40°F to 100°F (4.4°C to 38°C) and performs reliably in service temperatures from -40°F to 175°F (-40°C to 79°C). Rated for 7-year outdoor durability (unprinted), it extends graphic life by 2 years with UV inhibitors. Ideal for overlaminating perforated window films (e.g., DPF 45WF, DPF 47WF, DPF 2400), cast print media (DPF 6100XLP, DPF 6000XRP, DPF 6000RP, DPF 6500, DPF 6700, DPF 4500G, DPF 50WD), reflective wraps, and transparent surfaces on buildings, buses, vehicles, and flat glass. Supports cold lamination and wet installation for versatile use in professional signage and printing projects. Shelf life is 2 years under ideal storage conditions.
