Arlon Series 2400 is a premium reflective vinyl film engineered for superior performance in fleet markings, vehicle graphics, and signage applications requiring enhanced night visibility. This 5-mil (125-135 micron) gloss-finish calendered vinyl features a permanent clear pressure-sensitive adhesive and a lay-flat polycoated release liner, ensuring excellent initial tack, ultimate adhesion, and conformability on both flat and irregular surfaces. Key specifications include a face film thickness of 5.3 mil (135 microns), tensile strength of at least 5.75 lb/in (1.0 kg/cm), and peel adhesion of 4.4 lbs/in (0.78 kg/cm). It offers 7-year unprinted durability on flat surfaces and 5 years on irregular ones, with consistent reflectivity even after conforming.
