Description

IllumiNITE Wrap is a premium 5-mil (125 micron) printable reflective vinyl film engineered for fleet-grade vehicle graphics, featuring Arlon's innovative FLITE Technology for superior repositionability and fast installation. This gloss-finish, opaque white PVC film with permanent pressure-sensitive light gray acrylic adhesive and low-profile lay-flat polycoated liner delivers brilliant daytime graphics and luminous nighttime visibility, with a coefficient of reflectivity at 100 (ASTM-E810). Key features include exceptional conformability to curves and rivets without bruising or chatter lines, minimizing distortion for optimal reflectivity. It offers high tensile strength (≥10.0 lb/in), peel adhesion (≥420 N/m initial, up to ≥736 N/m after one week), and dimensional stability (<0.25 mm at 70°C). Service temperature range is -40°C to 71°C on clean, dry substrates, with gasoline resistance showing no appreciable effect. Ideal for full or partial vehicle wraps, markings, and decals in signage and visual communications, it excels in indoor/outdoor applications with up to 7 years unprinted durability (vertical exposure preferred for best weathering). Pair with Series 3210 overlaminate for enhanced protection; compatible with 3220, 3200, and 3170. Digital print-ready for eco-solvent, latex, UV, and solvent inks.
