Description

Arlon Fusion Wrap is a 2.4-mil (60 micron) white gloss high-performance calendered polymeric film featuring FLITE Technology for fast, efficient vehicle wrapping. Its lite initial contact system provides repositionability and quick anchor tack, paired with a low-profile air-egress liner and tinted permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive that ensures vibrant prints with sufficient opacity. Key specifications include 80-90 gloss units finish, tensile strength of at least 9.5 lb/in (1.7 kg/cm), elongation averaging 180%, and peel adhesion from 2.5 lb/in (0.45 kg/cm) at 15 minutes to 3.0 lb/in (0.54 kg/cm) after one week. Application suits clean, dry substrates at 60°F to 100°F (15°C to 38°C), with service temperatures from -20°F to 150°F (-29°C to 65°C) and unprinted outdoor durability up to 7 years. Compatible with eco-solvent, solvent, latex, and UV inks; recommend overlaminates like Series 3170, 3220, 3270, 3210, or 3420.
