Arlon DPF 9000 is a premium 3.5-mil (90 micron) satin white, high-tensile polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film engineered for demanding digital printing applications in the transportation, automotive, and fleet graphics industries. Featuring a unique medium-tack, repositionable permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive, it allows precise installation adjustments before forming a durable bond, while offering exceptional resistance to heat, solvents, fuels, oils, and chemicals. Key features include bake cycle compatibility for high-temperature curing processes up to 225°F (107°C), an extreme service temperature range from -65°F to 225°F (-54°C to 107°C), and high tensile strength of 13.0 lb/in for superior tear resistance. The 100% polymeric facestock ensures extended outdoor durability up to 7 years unprinted, with a lay-flat polycoated liner that prevents curling for effortless handling.
