DPF 8000 Ultra Tack is a premium 3.5-mil (90 micron) satin white, high-tensile PVC calendered film featuring an aggressive, permanent clear pressure-sensitive adhesive with ultra-high tack properties. Engineered for demanding applications, it delivers superior adhesion to hard-to-stick surfaces including low-energy plastics like ABS, PU, PE, and PPL, as well as textured substrates such as brick, concrete, wood, MDF, and latex. Key specifications include tensile strength of 13.0 lb/in (2.3 kg/cm), peel adhesion of 5.0 lb/in (0.89 kg/cm), service temperature range from -54°C to 107°C (-65°F to 225°F), and dimensional stability of 1.27-3.81 mm shrinkage. Optimized for application in cold environments (-1°C to 27°C), it supports digital printing with solvent, eco-solvent, latex, and UV ink systems, offering up to 7 years unprinted outdoor durability.
