Description

Arlon DPF 6700 is a premium 2-mil (50 micron) cast gloss white vinyl film featuring an aggressive, high-tack permanent clear adhesive and lay-flat polycoated release liner. Specially formulated for superior conformability on hard-to-stick, textured unpainted masonry surfaces such as brick, stucco, and concrete, it delivers a paint-like finish when applied with heat, ensuring lasting adhesion and dimensional stability. Ideal for visual communications applications including interior and exterior wall wraps, building wraps, wall graphics, and murals on challenging substrates. Compatible with eco-solvent, solvent, UV, and latex ink systems, it supports digital printing on a wide range of direct print platforms. Pair with Arlon Series 3200, 3210, 3220, or 3310 overlaminates for customized gloss, matte, satin, or luster finishes. Key features include 70-90 gloss units, tensile strength of 4.5 lb/in (1.25 kg/cm), elongation over 150%, peel adhesion of 4.0 lbs/in (0.71 kg/cm), application temperature range of 50°F to 100°F (4°C to 38°C), service temperature from -40°F to 175°F (-20°C to 70°C), and 0.010 in (0.25 mm) shrinkage. Unprinted durability is 7 years; printed warranty is 1 year on masonry (6 months in freeze-thaw zones). Available in roll widths of 30 in, 48 in, 54 in, and 60 in by 50 yards. Shelf life is 2 years from factory shipment under proper conditions. For painted surfaces, compatibility testing is recommended.
