ARLON DPF 6100XLP is a premium 2-mil (50 micron) gloss white cast vinyl film designed for high-performance vehicle wraps and fleet graphics in the signage and visual communications industry. Featuring a bubble-releasing, tinted, clean-removing, repositionable permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive and Low Profile X-Scape Technology lay-flat polycoated liner, it enables speedy installations with a smooth, paint-like finish and excellent opacity for vivid print results. Key specifications include a gloss finish of 70 to 90 units, tensile strength of at least 4.5 lb/in (0.8 kg/cm) in the web direction, elongation averaging 200%, and liner release of 50 g/2 in. It applies on clean, dry substrates from 40°F to 100°F (4.4°C to 38°C), or 60°F to 100°F (15°C to 38°C) on corrugated surfaces with rivets and channels, with a service temperature range suited for demanding outdoor use. Durability reaches 7 years (unprinted), with a 2-year shelf life under ideal conditions of 70°F (21°C) and 50% relative humidity. Post-heat the installed vinyl to 200°F to 220°F (95°C to 105°C) for optimal adhesion. Compatible with eco-solvent, solvent, UV, and latex inks, and recommended for pairing with Series 3200, 3210, 3220, 3270, 3310, or 3350 overlaminates, this film excels in conformability around rivets, curves, contours, and deep channels without primer.
