Description

ARLON DPF 6000XRP is a premium 2-mil (50 micron) gloss white cast vinyl film engineered for high-performance digital printing in visual communications, signage, and vehicle graphics. Featuring X-Scape Technology with a bubble-releasing, tinted, clean-removing, repositionable permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive (light gray), it enables speedy, primer-free installations on complex surfaces including rivets, corrugations, curves, contours, and channels. Key specifications include a gloss finish of 70 to 90 units, tensile strength of at least 4.5 lb/in (0.8 kg/cm), average elongation of 200%, and peel adhesion of at least 2.5 lb/in (0.45 kg/cm). It applies effectively from 40°F to 100°F (4.4°C to 38°C) on flat substrates and 60°F to 100°F (10°C to 38°C) on corrugated surfaces, with a service temperature range of -40°F to 176°F (-40°C to 80°C). Dimensional stability is 0.25 mm after 48 hours at 158°F (70°C), and shelf life is 2 years under ideal conditions (70°F/21°C, 50% humidity). Compatible with eco-solvent, solvent, UV, and latex inks, it pairs with Arlon Series 3200, 3210, 3220, 3270, 3310, or 3350 overlaminates. Ideal for full and partial vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, decals, multi-purpose commercial signage, and interior/exterior wall graphics, it offers unprinted outdoor durability up to 10 years (printed life varies by ink system). The lay-flat polycoated liner ensures consistent print quality and ease of handling for large-format applications.
