Description

ARLON DPF 510GTX/MTX is a premium 3.2-mil (80 micron) calendered vinyl film designed for short-term promotional and display graphics in signage, visual communications, and printing applications. Available in gloss (GTX) or matte (MTX) finishes, it features a tinted, solvent-based permanent high-tack pressure-sensitive adhesive and a low-profile lay-flat polycoated liner with X-Scape Technology for rapid, bubble-free installation on interior and exterior flat surfaces. Key applications include short-term signage, tradeshow displays, barricade and construction graphics, and multi-purpose promotional materials. The film delivers uniform ink receptivity and vibrant print quality across eco-solvent, solvent, UV, and latex systems. Its light gray adhesive ensures superior opacity to cover existing graphics, with recommended overlaminate Series 3510 for enhanced abrasion resistance. Performance specifications: tensile strength ≥9.0 lb/in (≥1.6 kg/cm), elongation ≥150%, peel adhesion ≥4 lb/in (≥0.71 kg/cm), application temperature 32°F to 90°F (0°C to 32°C), service temperature -20°F to 150°F (-29°C to 65°C), and unprinted outdoor durability up to 3 years.
