Description

DPF 510GTRX/MTRX is a premium 3.2-mil (80 micron) calendered vinyl film designed for short-term promotional and display graphics in signage, printing, and visual communications. Featuring X-Scape Technology with a low-profile air-egress, lay-flat liner, it ensures bubble-free application and a smooth finish on flat surfaces for both interior and exterior use. The tinted, removable pressure-sensitive adhesive provides clean removal after use, making it ideal for temporary installations. Key specifications include a gloss surface finish of at least 75 gloss units (GTRX) or matte at 15 gloss units or less (MTRX), tensile strength of 9 lb/in (1.602 kg/cm) minimum, elongation of 150% or greater, and peel adhesion of 0.5 lbf/in (0.089 kg/cm) after 15 minutes. It applies effectively between 50°F to 85°F (10°C to 30°C) on clean, dry substrates and services from -20°F to 150°F (-29°C to 65°C), with dimensional stability under 40 mils (1.016 mm) and a one-year shelf life at 70°F (21°C) and 50% humidity. Excellent printability is achieved with eco-solvent, solvent, UV, and latex inks, supporting vibrant short-term graphics up to three years unprinted durability. Pair with compatible overlaminates for extended performance in demanding promotional environments.
