Description

DPF 510 Ultra Tack is a premium 100-micron monomeric calendered vinyl film designed for short-term promotional signage and visual communications applications. Featuring a solvent-based, pressure-sensitive ultra tack adhesive in clear or tinted formulations, it delivers superior initial adhesion and a permanent bond on diverse substrates, ensuring reliable performance in multi-purpose signage projects. The film is available in white gloss (DPF 510G-UT or DPF 510GT-UT) and white matte (DPF 510M-UT or DPF 510MT-UT) finishes, with a two-sided polycoated lay-flat liner that resists curling under printer heat, high humidity, and provides exceptional dimensional stability. Key specifications include gloss levels of 70-90 units (gloss) or up to 30 units (matte) at 60° reflection, tensile strength of at least 1.8 kg/cm, elongation greater than 150%, peel adhesion of 21 N/25mm, and liner release of 7.0 g/cm. It supports application temperatures from 10°C to 32°C and service temperatures from -29°C to 65°C, with unprinted outdoor durability up to 3 years (printed life varies by ink system). Compatible with eco-solvent, solvent, UV, and latex inks, it offers vibrant print quality and ink receptivity for flat substrate installations. Shelf life is 1 year under ideal storage conditions.
