Description

ARLON DPF 510 High Tack is a premium 3.2-mil (80 micron) calendered monomeric vinyl film designed for short-term promotional and multi-purpose signage applications in visual communications. Featuring a solvent-based, pressure-sensitive high tack permanent adhesive in clear or tinted formulations, it ensures superior adhesion on flat surfaces such as ABS plastic graphics, barricades, tradeshow displays, and construction signage. The two-sided lay-flat polycoated liner prevents curling during high-heat printing, while delivering consistent ink receptivity across eco-solvent, solvent, and latex systems for vibrant, high-quality prints. Available in gloss (DPF 510G-HT or DPF 510GT-HT) and matte (DPF 510M-HT or DPF 510MT-HT) white finishes, it offers gloss levels of 70-90 units (gloss) or up to 30 units (matte). Key specifications include tensile strength of at least 1.8 kg/cm, elongation over 150%, peel adhesion of 21 N/25mm or more, application temperature range of 10°C to 32°C, service temperature from -29°C to 65°C, and dimensional stability within 1.27mm. Rated for up to 3 years outdoor durability unprinted (printed life varies by ink), it pairs ideally with Series 3510 overlaminate for enhanced abrasion resistance and installation ease. Rolls are offered in 54-inch or 60-inch widths by 50 yards. Shelf life is 1 year under ideal conditions.
