Description

ARLON DPF 510 is a premium 3.2-mil (80 micron) calendered monomeric vinyl film designed for short-term digital printing applications in signage, visual communications, and promotional graphics. Available in gloss (DPF 510G) and matte (DPF 510M) finishes, it features a high-quality, solvent-based permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive—clear for standard versions or light gray/tinted for GT/MT variants—paired with a two-sided polycoated lay-flat liner that prevents curling under high printer heat and ensures easy handling and installation. Key specifications include a surface finish of 70-90 gloss units (gloss) or up to 30 gloss units (matte), tensile strength of at least 2.7 kg/cm, elongation greater than 200%, peel adhesion of 0.36 kg/cm, and dimensional stability of 0.25 mm after 48 hours at 70°C. It applies at 10°C to 32°C and services from -29°C to 65°C on clean, dry substrates, with a one-year shelf life at 21°C and 50% humidity. Rated for up to three years unprinted outdoor durability, it excels with eco-solvent, solvent, latex, and UV inks for vibrant, consistent print quality. Ideal for interior/exterior signage, windows, decals, display graphics, and short-term floor applications (GT/MT with Series 3510 Matte overlaminate for slip resistance per EN 14041). Pair with Series 3510 for enhanced abrasion resistance and longevity in demanding visual communication projects. Roll widths include 54 and 60 inches, lengths of 50 yards.
