Arlon DPF 50WD White is a professional-grade 3.5-mil (90 micron) matte white calendered vinyl film designed for temporary promotional graphics in visual communications and signage. Featuring a clear low-tack removable pressure-sensitive adhesive on a layflat liner, it ensures easy, clean removal without residue across a wide temperature range, making it ideal for short-term applications. Key specifications include a matte surface finish (≤15 gloss units at 60°), tensile strength of 14.0 lb/in (2.5 kg/cm), elongation ≥75%, peel adhesion of 0.65 lb/in (0.12 kg/cm), and dimensional stability with <25 mils (<0.635 mm) shrinkage after 158°F (70°C) for 48 hours. It offers a 2-year shelf life and unprinted outdoor durability of up to 2 years (printed durability varies by ink system). Application temperature ranges from 50°F to 90°F (10°C to 30°C), with service temperatures from -20°F to 176°F (-29°C to 80°C). Optimized for digital printing with solvent, eco-solvent, UV, latex, and UV screen inks, it excels in window advertising, decals, displays on high-energy substrates like glass, aluminum, and metals, and horizontal point-of-purchase signage (excluding floor graphics).
