ARLON DPF 50WD Clear is a premium 4-mil (100 micron) gloss clear calendered vinyl film featuring a clear low-tack removable pressure-sensitive adhesive. Designed for superior bonding to glass surfaces, the adhesive ensures clean removal across a wide temperature range, making it ideal for temporary promotional applications in visual communications and signage. Key features include a high-gloss surface finish (99% at 60° reflection), exceptional tensile strength of 22 lb/in (3.93 kg/cm), and elongation up to 250%, providing durability and flexibility. It comes with a moisture-stable polycoated lay-flat liner optimized for high-quality printing on solvent, UV, and UV screen systems, and is compatible with Series 3200 inks. Recommended for dry application methods only, it offers a 2-year shelf life when stored properly and unprinted outdoor durability of up to 2 years (printed life depends on ink system). Primary applications encompass window advertising and decals, displays on high-energy substrates like glass, aluminum, or metals, and horizontal point-of-purchase signage (excluding floors). Performance specs include application temperatures of 50°F to 90°F (10°C to 30°C), service range of -20°F to 176°F (-29°C to 80°C), low peel adhesion of 0.16 lb/in (0.03 kg/cm), and minimal dimensional stability shrinkage of 0.635 mm after 48 hours at 70°C.
