DPF 4650GLX is a high-performance, 2.8-mil (70 micron) white gloss calendered vinyl film featuring a tinted, clean-removing, repositionable light gray adhesive system. This versatile material incorporates Low Profile X-Scape Technology for bubble-free installations and a smooth printed surface that minimizes liner patterns, ensuring a paint-like finish ideal for professional signage and visual communications applications. Key specifications include a gloss finish greater than 75 units, tensile strength of at least 14 lb/in (2.5 kg/cm), 150% elongation, and dimensional stability of 15-mil (0.38 mm) after 48 hours at 158°F (70°C). It offers 7-year outdoor durability (unprinted), with application temperatures from 60°F to 80°F (15°C to 27°C) and service temperatures from -20°F to 150°F (-29°C to 65°C). Shelf life is 1 year from factory shipment when stored properly. Available in roll widths of 1.06 m, 1.37 m, 1.52 m, and 1.6 m, with lengths of 45.72 m or 50 m, it uses a lay-flat polycoated release liner. Compatible with eco-solvent, solvent, latex, and UV inks, DPF 4650GLX excels in interior and exterior intermediate signage, fleet and vehicle graphics on flat surfaces or simple curves, general signage, window graphics, partial vehicle wraps, and wall graphics.
