ARLON DPF 4580GX-HO is a premium 70-micron white polymeric vinyl film with a gloss finish, designed for intermediate signage and visual communications applications. Featuring a clear, removable pressure-sensitive solvent-based adhesive and X-Scape Technology lay-flat polycoated liner, it enables rapid, bubble-free installation by allowing air to escape through channels, ensuring a smooth professional finish. Key specifications include a thickness of 80 microns total, tensile strength of at least 1.8 kg/cm (1.0 lb/in), elongation greater than 150%, and gloss of 75 units. It offers peel adhesion over 0.09 kg/cm (0.5 lb/in) after 15 minutes, liner release of 5-20 g/in, and dimensional stability under 0.365 mm after 48 hours at 70°C. Application temperature ranges from 10°C to 30°C on clean, dry substrates, with service temperatures from -29°C to 65°C. Shelf life is 1 year under ideal conditions of 21°C and 50% relative humidity. This high-opacity film excels in blocking light for vibrant, clean graphics, compatible with eco-solvent, solvent, UV, and latex inks, and pairs with Series 3450 overlaminate. Fire certified to Australian Standard AS 5637, it provides up to 5-year unprinted durability, with 6 months on vertical masonry and 1 year on flat vertical surfaces under standard conditions.
