DPF 4550GTX/MTX-HT is a premium 70-micron white polymeric vinyl film from Arlon Graphics, available in gloss and matte finishes with a tinted high-tack permanent pressure-sensitive solvent-based adhesive. Designed for intermediate-term indoor and outdoor signage, it features Low Profile X-Scape Technology air-egress liner for bubble-free, speedy installation on smooth surfaces, slightly textured walls, and low surface energy substrates. Key specifications include surface finish of 75+ gloss units (gloss) or 20- gloss units (matte), tensile strength of 1.8 kg/cm minimum, elongation over 150%, and peel adhesion exceeding 0.71 kg/cm after 15 minutes. It applies at 0-30°C and services from -29-65°C, with dimensional stability under 2.54 mm and shelf life of 1 year under ideal conditions. Compatible with eco-solvent, solvent, latex, and UV inks, it pairs with overlaminates like Series 3450 or 3170.
