Description

Arlon DPF 4500GX is a premium 3-mil (75 micron) white calendered gloss vinyl film designed for intermediate-term digital printing applications in signage, display graphics, and visual communications. Featuring Low Profile X-Scape Technology with a clear, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive and lay-flat polycoated release liner, it enables bubble-free, speedy installations on flat substrates while ensuring a strong long-term bond. Key specifications include a gloss finish (80-90 units at 60° reflection), 5-year outdoor durability (unprinted), tensile strength of 13.0 lb/in (2.3 kg/cm), elongation ≥150%, application temperature range of 50°F to 90°F (10°C to 32°C), service temperature range of -20°F to 150°F (-29°C to 65°C), and dimensional stability with shrinkage under 25 mils (635 micron). Peel adhesion measures 2.5 lbs/in (0.45 kg/cm) after 15 minutes at room temperature, with a shelf life of 1 year from factory shipment. Compatible with eco-solvent, solvent, UV, and latex ink systems, it pairs well with overlaminates such as Series 3170, 3220, or 3420.
