Description

ARLON DPF 4500GT/MT is a premium 3-mil (75 micron) white calendered vinyl film available in gloss and matte finishes, featuring a tinted permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive for superior opacity on dark substrates or existing graphics. Designed for intermediate-term digital printing applications, it excels in promotional and merchandising graphics, medium-term signage, kiosks, point-of-purchase displays, and real estate signage. Key features include compatibility with eco-solvent, solvent, UV, and latex ink systems, ensuring vibrant prints with excellent color reproduction. The film offers a gloss surface finish of 80-90 units or matte of 10-15 units, tensile strength of 13.0 lb/in (2.3 kg/cm), elongation greater than 170%, and dimensional stability of 0.63 mm after 48 hours at 70°C. Peel adhesion measures 2.5 lbs/in (0.45 kg/cm), with application temperatures from 50°F to 90°F (16°C to 32°C) and service range of -20°F to 150°F (-29°C to 65°C). Outdoor durability reaches up to 5 years unprinted, with a 1-year shelf life. Paired with compatible overlaminates like Series 3210, 3220, or 3420, it provides reliable performance for indoor and outdoor visual communications, backed by a lay-flat liner for easy handling. Available in widths of 30", 48", 54", and 60" by 50-150 yd rolls.
