ARLON DPF 4500G Clear is a premium 3-mil (75 micron) gloss clear calendered vinyl film featuring a permanent, solvent-based, clear pressure-sensitive adhesive on a lay-flat PE polycoated liner. Engineered for high-quality digital printing with a wide range of direct print systems including solvent, UV, and latex inks, it delivers exceptional clarity and vibrant graphics with 80-90% gloss finish. Key features include outstanding tensile strength of 13.0 lb/in (2.3 kg/cm), elongation over 150%, and peel adhesion of 2.5 lbs/in (0.45 kg/cm). It offers up to 5 years unprinted outdoor durability, with printed longevity varying by ink system. Service temperature ranges from -20°F to 150°F (-29°C to 65°C), with optimal application at 60°F to 90°F (16°C to 32°C) on clean, dry substrates. Shelf life is 1 year from factory shipment.
