ARLON DPF 4200 Matte is a premium 6-mil (150 micron) white polymeric vinyl film featuring a matte surface finish and clear permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive, designed specifically for high-quality interior wall graphics and decorations. This rigid film transforms smooth walls into vibrant, long-lasting displays, offering 7-year unprinted durability in interior environments and compatibility with a wide range of print technologies, including eco-solvent, solvent, latex, and UV inks for superior print quality. Key specifications include tensile strength of 20 lb/in (3.6 kg/cm), elongation of at least 85% in machine direction and 60% cross direction, peel adhesion of 1.7 lb/in (0.30 kg/cm), and liner release of 45 g/2 in (9 g/cm). It applies easily at temperatures from 50°F to 90°F (10°C to 32.2°C) and services from 45°F to 150°F (7.2°C to 65.6°C), with a 1-year shelf life under ideal conditions.
