Description

ARLON DPF 4200 is a premium 6-mil (150 micron) white polymeric calendered vinyl film featuring a clear permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive and a stable polycoated lay-flat release liner. Designed specifically for interior wall graphics in signage, printing, and visual communications, it is available in Matte or Canvas finishes, delivering high opacity to cover previous graphics and dark substrates effectively. Key features include initial repositionability for bubble-free application on smooth to slightly textured painted or unpainted walls, strong ultimate tack for secure bonding in hard-to-reach areas, and no need for overlaminate due to its rigid 6-mil thickness, which ensures easy panel registration and installation. It offers superior print quality with Eco-Solvent, Solvent, Latex, and UV ink systems, along with 7-year interior durability (unprinted). Fire certified to US ASTM E-84 Class A and Euroclass B, s1, d0 standards. Physical specifications: Tensile strength of 20 lb/in, elongation ≥85% (machine direction) and ≥60% (cross direction), peel adhesion 1.7 lb/in, liner release 45 g/2 in. Application temperature range: 50°F to 90°F (10°C to 32°C); service temperature: 45°F to 150°F (7°C to 66°C). Roll sizes typically 54-inch x 150 ft or 1.37 m x 45.72 m.
