**AMERILUX LEXAN™ THERMOCLEAR™ 15** is a high-performance multiwall polycarbonate sheet available in twin-wall (8mm) and triple-wall (16mm) structures, with widths of 4 feet or 6 feet and lengths up to 48 feet. Made from LEXAN resin, it offers high light transmission (up to 82% in clear, 81% PAR for 8mm, 74% PAR for 16mm), excellent thermal insulation (U-values from 0.50 to 0.61), and outstanding impact strength—200 times stronger than glass and 10 times stronger than acrylic—across temperatures from -40°F to 248°F. Key features include UV protection on one or two sides, anti-condensate Dripgard coating, flame resistance (Class A, CC1 per ASTM E84/D635), and minimal yellowing (less than 4% light loss, 5 Delta index over 20 years). The Softlite variant provides 100% light diffusion for uniform coverage.
