Description

AMERILUX LEXAN™ THERMOCLEAR™ 15 is a multiwall polycarbonate sheet featuring twin-wall and triple-wall structures in 8mm and 16mm thicknesses.[1] It provides high light transmission (81% PAR at 8mm, 74% PAR at 16mm), excellent thermal insulation, UV protection on both sides, flame resistance (Class A, CC1), and an anti-drip coating to manage condensation.[1][2] The sheet maintains clarity with no more than 4% light loss or 5 Delta yellowing over 20 years, and offers superior impact strength—10 times that of acrylic and 200 times that of glass—while resisting weathering and hail.[1][2] Available in clear and Softlite diffusing options, it comes in 4’ or 6’ widths up to 48’ lengths.[1] Ideal for greenhouses, atriums, canopies, skylights, and industrial glazing.[1][4]
